ABOUT THE CEO

Jearlean Taylor is Baltimore native. She grew up in loving family with both parents with 2 brothers and 3 sisters. She enjoys traveling, relaxing watching Netflix, modeling, and spending time with family and friends. Jearlean is also author, motivational speaker, entrepreneur, woman of God, and cancer survivor.

At the age of 3 years old Jearlean was diagnosed with a rare from of cancer. As a result of the cancer she was left was 2 permanent ostomy bags. Her life was a journey of unexpected challenges. Through her faith in God, support from family and friends and medical professionals she persevered. Her motto is "life circumstances does not define who we are or who we can become."

In 2006, she started a Christian based modeling company.  J & Company motto is they build, train, and develop from the inside out. They invite ages 6 and up to become the best person they can be from the inside out.  

​

Jearlean has been a fashion model for 19 years, published in over 30 magazines, featured on her city largest digital billboard 7 times, T.V., radio, numerous awards and recognition's, and travels abroad for runway shows and speaking engagements.

​

She thank  God for giving her an outlet to show the world ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE..
